All costs of electricity, water, heating, house keeping, bedclothes and towels are included in the rental fee. A fee required laundry service can be arranged.
On behalf of our other guests we ask you not to smoke in the apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
By the way: our appartment is suitable for allergic persons.
